Sinar Mas Land Donates Korans to 3 Mosques at Grand Wisata Bekasi
Friday, March 26, 2021 3:20 AMJakarta, March 26, 2021 — To welcome Islamic holy month Ramadan 1442 Hijiriah, Sinar Mas Land’s Muslim Foundation (YMSML) Supervisor Dhony Rahajoe with YMSML General Secretary Panji Himawan and YMSML General Treasurer H. Bunyamin symbolically handed 300 Korans to the Mosque Welfare Councils (DKM) of Izzatul Islam Mosque, Nurul Iman Mosque, and An-Nadwah Mosque at Grand Wisata Bekasi on Friday (3/26).
Other than donating Korans, YMSML also runs Koran reading program known as Berantas Buta Al-Quran (BBQ) every year, which is joined by 460 male Islamic religious teachers (ustaz) and Koran reading teachers from 93 mosques in the Sinar Mas Land’s project sites.

Sinar Mas Land through YMSML, represented by YMSML Supervisor Dhony Rahajoe, symbolically handed 300 Korans to the Mosque Welfare Councils (DKM) of Izzatul Islam Mosque, Nurul Iman Mosque, and An-Nadwah Mosque at Grand Wisata Bekasi on Friday (3/26).
The Koran donation was part of the YMSML’s special events to welcome Islamic holy month Ramadan and attended by YMSML General Secretary Panji Himawan and YMSML General Treasurer H. Bunyamin.
